Mihemed Şêxmûs Salih (1948–1989), also known as Mihemed Şêxo in Kurdish, was one of the most important Kurdish folk singers.[1] With his sentimental, traditional and often political lyrics he impressed the Kurdish music history like few before him. Even today, many young artists still impressed by his works.
